Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at labas@artspices.lt.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping invoice as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect the goods when you accept your order and contact us immediately if the goods are faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and verified your return and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 5 working days using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
