Shipping policy

The Seller commits to produce and dispatch the ordered goods within 2–3 working days.

Total delivery time depends on the destination country and the delivery service selected at checkout:

  • Lithuania: typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • European Union: typically 3–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and carrier.
  • United Kingdom: typically 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and the time required for customs clearance.

These are estimated transit times and not guaranteed delivery dates, as delivery is carried out by third-party carriers. The dispatch time (2–3 working days) is within the Seller's control; transit time is not.

If the Seller is unable to dispatch the Customer's order within the stated time, the Seller will inform the Customer no later than one working day after the order has been placed and, on request, refund all money paid or cancel the order.

At the time of delivery, the Customer must carefully inspect the packaging for any damage or other defects. If any signs of damage are found, notify the courier, who will note the damage on the delivery document. Failure to do so will be deemed to mean that the Customer received the parcel undamaged.

When ordering, the Customer undertakes to specify the delivery address accurately and to inform the Seller immediately in the event of an error.

The Seller shall be exempt from liability for delivery delays caused by the Customer (incorrect address, telephone number, absence of the Customer at the delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, etc.) or by circumstances outside the Seller's control, including customs processing and carrier delays.
